The festival is divided into four sections:
Italian short films
Foreign short films
“EcoLand contest: an ad for the environment”
Short films out of the competition

Short films will be selected without any obligation about genre and style. Short films should corroborate the ability of telling short stories in an original form. We accept fiction short films, docu-fiction and documentaries short films, and cartoon (animation) short films.

In the ITALIAN and FOREIGN sections, short films need not to be unpublished, on condition that:
- have been shot after January 1st, 2007
- they last max. 15 minutes

In the “Short films out of the competition” works considered interesting to be shown by the Board of Organizers, will be selected.

In the Ecoland – an ad for the environment – section, ads on the environmental issues will be selected, on condition that they have been shot after January 1st, 2007 and that they last max. 90 seconds.
